Do your research before coming to this dealership and read all paperwork. I bought a used A3 (2015) and check engine light came on in less than 24 hours. I tried to return the car and they said they have a 7 day “exchange” policy but nothing else in my price range. Audi of Arlington

DO NOT BUY OR SELL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP GROUP I had sold a vehicle to this dealership and 10 days after we signed the paperwork they said they no longer wanted the vehicle and threatened to have it impounded if I did not pick it up within 24 hours...Just so everyone is aware I Bought this vehicle from them and was a customer and this is how I was treated. They hid documentation of the sale saying "We no longer have those documents" Modified the vehicle I sold to them and listed it for sale before calling me, stating the car had issues which were MINOR... The ownership President did nothing about this and I almost lost out on buying a home because the sale did not happen. This dealership is full of Liars and Crooks. I highly recommend the Alexandria and Bethesda Land Rover if you would like to buy a Range Rover.

I recently bought a 2010 BMW X3 from the BMW of Alexandria location. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and helped me every step of the way. The salesman that helped me was named Rahmi and he was extremely friendly and not aggressive in the slightest. I have had absolutely no issues with purchasing my vehicle and everything worked out seamlessly. I ordered a bike rack and tow hitch to be added on to my purchase and BMW was very quick to order it and install it for me. When I went to pick up the car it was sparkling clean and was freshly detailed. They even have a person that comes to your car with you and shows you how all the different buttons work. To top it all off I was given a $50 gift card to us at their accessories shop within a month. I used it towards the purchase of an additional bike holder with no issues. I would recommend Rosenthal BMW of Alexandria to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle because I know I will be returning one day!

I leased a new fully loaded 2013 Altima. The car gave me problems from day one. The car had not been taken out of "transport" mode which made the car behave improperly. After they fixed that problem the passenger side airbag light would indicate that the airbag was disabled even when a passenger was sitting there. I brought it to service a few times and they dismissed it saying that's the way it should be. I filed with NISTA and IIHS and called Nissan corporate. A few weeks later, Nissan announces a nation wide recall. I brought to them other iissues and they could not fix any of them on the first try. Also the Navigation system malfunctioned. Four trips later the dealership has still not fixed it. Rosenthal's loaner cars are disgraceful. I dropped off a new fully loaded car with only 300 miles on it and they gave me a 7 year old car with 77K on it that smelled of cigarettes and drove poorly with mechanical issues. I find it disturbing that a service loaner requires service. All the service cars they gave me smell of smoke. I will never service my car at Rosenthal and I also do not rec anyone by a car from there either.

I recently worked with Donna Bavely regarding concerns I had with a lease from Audi Arlington. Donna was absolutely, hands-down one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and nicest representatives of any business that I've ever dealt with. She worked after business hours to make sure my concerns were addressed, she acted as a liaison between me and the dealership staff, and she kept me informed each step of the way. Her professionalism alone is a reason for me to keep supporting the Audi brand. Thanks Donna and thanks Audi.
