The people at Rosslyn Automotive are the absolute best! They are honest and professional and in touch with affordability concerns. A free oil change at the dealership, (included in the sale of the car years ago) led me to a failed ”free” inspection for which they recommended over $4000 of repairs. Mike at Rosslyn took a look and told me what was legitimately needed and what was bogus and charged a reasonable fee. I have had multiple issues over the years and every encounter has been impeccable. I’m embarrassed that i haven’t written this review sooner! Everyone that works there is wonderful and I’m never going anywhere else.

This auto repair shop is one of the best I’ve ever been to. They always provide quality repair service and never try to push customers into unnecessary work. It’s clear they truly care about fixing only what needs attention, and that honesty goes a long way. Every time I sit in the waiting area, I notice long-time loyal customers coming in. Many of them even bring donuts or other treats for the workers—which says a lot about the trust and genuine relationships this shop has built with the community. The atmosphere here feels warm and welcoming, and you can tell people really trust this place with their vehicles. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality auto repair.

If you’ve been here , you know that the guys and gals at Rosslyn Automotive are special and that they will take care of you!!! I’ve been taking our cars here for more than 12 years… and they’ve always got the job done RIGHT, ON TIME, AND at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE! Above all… if you’re a loyal customer you know they go above and beyond for you. I was sick and needed help one time and they literally spent additional, unpaid time on my car to drive it for me !!! Now which other shop can say that?!!!

Absolutely amazing service! These guys did my EVAP system for me and when the part was faulty they replaced it FREE OF CHARGE! they are amazing people and don't try to mess with you, they charge fair prices!

Very poor manager.. his staff repaired wrong tyre. Instead of getting the problem fixed when i came back, he starts lying and yelling for $33. If you want to get ripped, take your risk and use this shop. Never had any such incident. Would have given zero stars if it was an option.
