I recently had my car's oil changed at route 1 auto care and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They worked quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the short wait even more pleasant. I highly recommend route one auto care for anyone in need of a quick and reliable oil change. Customer service is not good. I needed to wait 45 minute for an oil change when I was told it would take 15 min. After 20 minute I complained and the manager told me I can go somewhere or wait. On top of that, oil change price was also expensive. Not recommended at all.

Ray is one of the most honest mechanics you could ever wish to meet. We moved from England 9 months ago and have visited a few times for oil changes, suspension issues and an engine light. He has absolutely never charged me for something that doesn’t need doing and is so good at explaining any issues with the car. Ray has been my mechanic for years. He has saved me many times on my Accord and has kept it running, even at over 360k miles! He always gives great advice and goes out of his way to ensure the work is done without breaking the bank. Even after moving to southern Maryland I bring this car to him so that it keeps on moving!! Small shop so you don’t want to sit and wait to get the work done, but if you need an honest mechanic to get it done without hassle, I fully recommend. (I never write reviews but felt this was worth a shout out!)
