Got a vehicle inspected that I was looking to purchase on a Saturday. Not from the area but he was the only one who answered the phone in 30min radius of Winchester. He was pleasant and professional. He kindly took extra time to really inspect the vehicle for anything noteworthy. I would return to him if I lived closer in that area.

Had my mother bring her vehicle and my vehicle to get inspected. Dude passed hers without putting it on the lift nothing. When she brought my vehicle right after they made a comment about how she has 2 cars. He then puts it on the lift. Says my exhaust needs 6k worth of work and fails me. Then puts on thw rejection sticker that my front and rear brakes needed to be changed. Little did he know the brakes were literally just changed a week ago! Rotors and pads. So I brought it to my normal inspection guy (4hours away) after I fixed the exhaust. ( 50$) and passed. It's funny how people think they can take advantage of elderly people. So just because you thought my mom was loaded because she has 2 cars you try to scam her..... I wouldnt bring ANY car to you to even check my oil.... probably tell me my blinker fluid is low.... BEWARE OF THIS SCAM OF A SHOP.

Take your business else where. Lazy, careless front desk worker. Careless and angry mechanic. They will fail your inspection for a cracked windshield wiper then refuse the inspection after. Smells like a foreign slum inside. Bathrooms are as nasty as the people. Do better Front Royal, get these businesses shut down
