Do NOT trust this service department. I will say friendly customer service; its a front to up-charge uneducated car owners. I was quoted $850 to fix my drivers side window motor/bar. No way was I going to pay that much. I watched a YouTube video and ordered a part for $12; fixed the issue myself. Good as new. Additionally, they told me the window motor/bar was broken; that was not actually broken at all. It is in good shape. The issue was the window lost the adhesive to the clips which attached to the motor bar. When they accessed the issue in order to quote the service, they did not properly reinstall the door panel. They forgot to attached the electrical back to the buttons on the door. I fully imagine they would've charged me for an issue they caused.

Tony was very helpful. He called me multiple times to explain the repairs and provide updates.

Hello, I would like to share my multiple experiences every time I bring my car for service. I have brought my car for service many times over the years, and not once - did the service technician just simply do what I asked (for example, oil change, rotate tires). Every time, and I mean every time, I receive (and expect) a phone call about 30 minutes after I drop it off, telling me I need all these other major repair jobs usually totaling thousands of dollars. It got to be so ridiculous that I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion from other shops on Brown service proposed "issues." None of their issues were found to be credible by the other repair centers. Honda service advisors work on commission, and if they do not make a certain amount in repair sales, they are ultimately let go. The service manager of another Honda dealership confirmed this with me. You simply can't trust a place that every single time you bring your car, even if it's a year old - tells you that you need thousands of dollars in repairs - it's just to pad their commission. Another thing that is very off-putting about this particular location is the way they do their business. When you go in, in the morning or whenever - a service advisor is highly eager to greet you (or you could get a surly guy), make a connection, because he's going to be calling you in about 30 minutes with all the terrible problems he and the mechanic have dreamed up. Whether you agree to all of these - or none of these - you end up with the same sad experience at the end of the day. The service advisor will call you and let you know your vehicle is ready, ok that is good. But after that is where they lose touch with the customer. When you go to pick your car up, that same service advisor doesn't even want to look at you, or be bothered by you, or even say hi to you. He's got what he needed, why should he? The last time I was there, my service advisor was standing at the desk doing nothing, no one in the shop, except for this other guy whose job looks like it's just to sit in a chair and look at his phone all day, but never greet anyone at all, but make sure he looks like he's some kind of bouncer or something. When I came in, I went to my service advisor, said I'm here to pick up my vehicle. The guy who sits in the chair at the front all day started laughing out loud. The service advisor then told me to go to the cashier. Didn't say thanks for your business or anything. That was a poor way to handle that experience, and the guy who sits at the table in front doing nothing didn't help with his judgement and childish behavior. Another time I went in to pick up my vehicle - they told me someone was going to go get my vehicle. I waited 30 minutes - no one had bothered to tell me that my vehicle had been out front for 25 minutes. Great customer service after spending $2,000. It has gotten to the point where if I go here, I feel like a fool. That saying, fool me once, etc. definitely applies. The egos are large, the attitudes are poor, and the special parking spaces for service advisor's cheap bikes are unnecessary. This place thinks because they are located in Arlington, VA, that they can bilk their customers out of money because they assume everyone that lives here is rich - wrong. It's not even about money; it's about the experience. And the experience is not a good one.

I have had really bad service experience. I set up my appointment for 11:00 a.m. And when I was there on time they told me it is going to be finishing in 2 hours. after 1 hour 50 minutes, I was asking the person. Is my car ready to take it. he didn’t even looked at my face and he said no, not yet mechanic will take your car soon. I took my car back and left there.that was so unprofessional careless customer service. I wish I could give less than one star

Very friendly service. I greatly appreciated the shuttles to and from, and how great the staff were to interact with.
