Even though I’ve purchased over 40 cars in my lifetime, this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had. Jose Romero made the entire process smooth, sincere, and actually enjoyable. From the very beginning, he was kind, charismatic, and incredibly attentive. He answered every question I had—down to the smallest detail—with patience and clarity. There was zero pressure, just genuine help and honest guidance. What truly blew me away was his thoughtfulness: he drove to the metro to pick me up so I could get to the dealership, since I didn’t have a car at the time. That kind of gesture speaks volumes. Both Jose and the general manager were fully transparent about the car’s history, and I felt confident and respected the whole way through. Just two days after the sale, I drove the 2021 Volvo XC40 all the way across the country to the Midwest—flawless performance, no issues whatsoever. The car is reliable, practical, and honestly a lot of fun. I know I got a great deal, but it’s the incredible customer service that made the purchase truly stand out. Jose went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone.

Attention all military- Do not bring your car to be serviced here. This business does not honor their word on Military discounts. They said they would provide it over the phone but for some reason on day my car was serviced they didn't have it.

Dissatisfied with salesman Bryan Ramirez. Once they got my money, he couldn't return my call. Still waiting on an "we iwe you" item that was promised in a couple of days. That was the 27th, today is the 8th or 9th. Had to take another trip out there. Spoke to the sales manager Andy. Again they didn't keep their word. I was supposed to get a call back yesterday. That didn't happen. I called back today. So now it's Monday, we shall see. Not happy.

Bought my second Santa Fe hybrid here after my first one was totaled in an accident. Jose and Woodson were exceptional. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had (and have bought numerous cars). Given my schedule and time crunch, I was able to complete the transaction via text, phone and email without having to step foot into a dealership. In addition, they delivered my car directly to me without having to ask. My standard for car buying will forever be impacted by my fantastic experience.
