Safford Collision took amazing care of me from start to finish. My guy Ryan Jones was absolutely first class — he under-promised and over-delivered in every way. My minivan came back looking brand new, and the turnaround time was faster than I expected. Ryan’s professionalism, communication, and hospitality really stood out. The entire staff was welcoming, and they even shared some Thanksgiving treats while I waited — a small gesture that meant a lot. If you want quality work and great people, Safford Collision is the place. Truly appreciate the whole team!

I dropped my vehicle off repairs at Safford Collision center about a week and a half ago for repairs through my insurance company. Ryan was my estimator and he was extremely attentive to detail and made sure I was throughly informed throughout the entire process. They even fully detailed the vehicle inside and out after the repairs. If I could give 10 stars I would and would recommend anyone to use this Safford Collision center if they are needing any repairs through insurance or even out of pocket.

Someone sideswiped my 2024 Volvo and my insurance gave me the option of going to Safford. I’m very glad they did. Car looks great and it was immaculate inside and out when I got it back. It was ready earlier than promised which I appreciated since I had an important upcoming weekend event with out of town guests.

Needed some repair work done on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Safford of Tysons Collision Center accomplished the work on time, according to the original estimate and the work performed was fantastic. I would definitely use them again.
