Went in for a remain seal and then got a call still leaking the. My engine pan needs a gasket, then. Driving home my from work the main wiring harness fell and got wrapped up in the drive line because nothing was put back right. Trans cooler line not in brackets or ran right exhaust bolt gone. Just put random bolt on just FYI brass isn't a good holder for exhaust bolts. Then got looking harder my spacer plate for the trans engine area is missing exposing all the guts between the engine and trans my starter is exposed to. Lovely experience.

We had an appointment for a prepurchase inspection at another mechanic shop who blew us off. We called here, and they were able to fit us in despite the short notice and bring a smaller shop. Omar was great, we were able to get the vehicle on a lift and thoroughly inspect everything. He gave a good opinion on the car, and we'd recommend anyone to call here first if you need service in this area.

Honest and capable, but they are too busy. They never have time for my car, even after I waited a month. They kept pushing the time back, week after week. I gave up after he hung up on me, after I had already been waiting a month. I understand he was probably busy and frustrated at the time, and it was misdirected anger, but more professionalism needs to be shown in regards to both customer service and providing an accurate estimate of when the car will be worked on.
