Shannon Auto Repair is the ONLY mechanic shop that I trust. They’re not out to nickel and dime you, and Keith always gets me in the books promptly to be seen. Most recently, I came in with a vehicle that had failed inspection, and was quoted >$1k to have it fixed at a different shop. I decided to come and get the work done here at Shannon Auto Repair, fully expecting to still pay hundreds and possibly have to leave my car at the shop for hours-days, but lo and behold - there was no issue. They promptly redid the inspection, and sent me on my way! Their honesty, integrity, and same day service is A+++!! Tried and true, the best auto shop in town. Prior to this stellar experience, I’ve had all 4 spark plugs replaced here, had my battery replaced, and brakes replaced. It’s always been same day service for me, and they’ve got a nice lounge you can hang out in. If you choose to leave, they always call to confirm the repairs without any sneaky charges.

My family has purchased a number of cars from Shannon Auto Sales and we use Shannon Auto Repair exclusively. The employees are always friendly and polite, and their mechanics are top-notch. Today I had an auto emergency and didn't hesitate to have my car towed to SAR. They happened to have the part and the time in their schedule to fix the problem and got me on my way the same day. I highly recommend SAR!

Wow experience from start to finish. I went there because the big chain car repair company or thieves tid me I have to get a $1600 car part to pass the state inspection. Shannon Auto Repair inspected my car and found no issue with my car and nothing needs to be replaced. Which saved me $1600. All other car repair shops never places feet mat cover and I always have to clean the carpet after any visit,Shannon Auto Repair covered the carpet and kept it clean. All other Auto repair shops never clean the windshield before placing another sticker on it which drives me crazy from how it looks. Shannon Auto Repair cleaned my windshield and it looks as new. I'm grateful for finding them and specifical thanks to Rob. They are the best.

I recently aquired a car that had a ton on sentimental value to me . The car had a spot of clear coat and paint issue that need to be repaired. After talking with Mark I had an appointment with Dave who promptly evaluated the car . What made me very convenient in him was what he told me before I left him . I told him the car meant alot to me as it was my father's car . He said " Don't worry, I'll make it look like it never happened " When I picked it up it was cleaned up and looked like it never happened. I am very appreciative of their work . They were on schedule as I was told and price was more than fair . Thanks again Mark and Dave and the rest of the crew that took care of me
