Best service I have ever had at this or any other service provider. Every service experience is a 50/50 change of being good or bad. I have purchased several vehicles from Sheehy and used their service department on and off over the years. This particular service started with my service writer Jon, who I told I thought it was a pretty significant issue and they could have the truck for a week. Jon passed the truck off to Mac to diagnose and he was fantastic. Mac called me about an hour into working on the truck and said he had found the problem and would be able to fix it. He gave me some options, discussed them, and we decided on how best to move forward. He shared photos of what he had found and what I thought would be an expensive repair ended up being something he was able to resolve quickly and was extremely cost effective. I had the chance to chat with Mac and Jon when I picked the truck up and those two are a fantastic team and just all around good guys. Thanks to both of them for getting me back on the road.
