I bought my 2016 and 2021 Forester at Sheehy. The sales staff was great! But what I really like is the service department. I haven't needed repairs only routine maintenance and a couple times a nail in my tire. They are very responsive. And have me back on the road quickly. I have pulled into the service line without an appt and usually helped quickly. The service staff if friendly. They take the time I need for questions etc. I would definitely recommend Sheehy Suburu. With each vehicle I bought the VIP program. Oil changes are no charge and loaner car the one time I needed--no charge. I recommend VIP if you buy your car there.

This place is wonderful. I've always been wary of dealerships, but this place has me on my way to changing my mind. I purchased a used car from them, and have been utilizing their services for over a year now. I have gotten great, prompt, and considerate service from the staff, especially Jocelyn. They give detailed information as well as suggestions, and are willing to work with you to do what you are comfortable with. At this Sheehy Subaru dealership, I have never experienced the hard-pressure or impatience I have witnessed friends and family experience at other dealerships. Definitely recommend.
