Hello everyone! Today we purchased a car at this dealership and we are very satisfied 😊 From the convenient location and the showroom itself, all the way to the donuts 🍩 we took with us 😅. I cannot say enough great things about the service team especially Eddie at this location. I needed a quick repair for my daughter's car so she could return to college. I called all the VW places in the area and this is the only one that agreed to do it. We dropped off the car after hours and were surprised to be greeted with assistance and refreshments after hours. Well worth the extra drive for stellar service!

My car was affected by a recall. This dealership refused to perform the service. They kept telling me that I have to bring my car with less than 1/4 tank. They lied to me claiming that the recall notice includes instructions to bring the car with the reduced fuel level. They said: "IT'S ON THE TOP!" That's simply not true. The NHTSA recall letter NOR the Volkswagen Service Bulletin says nothing about fuel level. When I asked if they could email me the recall notice with the directions, they told me they don't have it and to go elsewhere. (It's interesting that they were so confident about the instructions in the recall notice WHILE not having it at the same time) I did go elsewhere, I called Stohlman Volkswagen and they have no problem performing the recall service no matter the fuel level. I wasted about 1 hr driving to the dealer and calling them. The two stars are for them being responsive and quick over the phone. No waiting and easy scheduling.

Had an emergent problem as I was passing through the area. Extremely grateful that Leon was able to fit my car in and even find additional issues that would've been problematic further down the road. They fixed all the issues and returned my car the same day for an affordable price!
