I came here after driving and feeling like my tire was low. This was the closest gas station and I was going to add air. I asked for air but the tire was completely flat and had apparently split because I had driven on it for too long. They offered to put a spare on the car instead but Kia no longer puts spare tires in their cars but just a tire repair kit. Amir let me know they could order me a tire but it wouldn’t arrive until the next day. He suggested I check with my insurance company bc they usually will tow for free to a tire place. Mine didn’t. My insurance company was going to charge me $129.99 to tow the car fewer than 2 miles to use them. I asked Amir if that sounded correct and he said it sounded too high and found me a much better/more reasonably priced tow to the Tires Plus (he also recommended the store) and it was like $80 or 90. I waited for the truck and got to see him interact with his employees and other customers and felt very well taken care of and like he and his employees cared. Very hard to find nowadays!

Came here to get a safety inspection and the inspector wasn’t there at 830AM. The front desk said they didn’t know when he could come in could be 9am….could be 11AM….he didn’t know. I was blown away by that response and clearly there’s no management or staff accountability by that statement alone. They’re losing out on tons of business because every shop I passed after Shell vienna was lined up for inspections. The previous manager who ran it a few years ago since left I believe for health reasons and since that this location has gone to shambles operationally.

came because regular gas was marked at 2.90 on google maps, come to find that it’s 3.50. shell is a huge company that doesn’t need to be doing all that surely they make enough money to at least tell the truth 😐 (i never got gas by the way that’s insane)

Went in last week for my inspection, only to find out one of my rims was broken. They gave me an extension for 15 days and I was able to get the new part and bring it back. Ousman, the mechanic, was amazing! Great communication, work, and pricing. Highly recommend!
