I came here for inspection. Moving down here in 2020, I wasn't sure what to expect. But the technician told me I would be next, as she's working on another client, and would need to wait about 1/2 hour. I was a walk-in. While waiting, I met Steve, who does mostly the repair side. Steve's very friendly and cordial. He'll tell you straight up what is needed for the repair. And gives you options for repair, if there is any. A year ago, my transmission line had to be replaced. From what he quoted me, the final bill came in $300 less than what he thought the worst case scenario was going to be. Their service is so great, I've been recommending them to people I meet. I'm glad Steve and my paths cross and will be coming here.

I have been going here for all my car repair and maintenance needs since 2013. The very first time I went there, Steve was very patient and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the repairs needed to be done which I haven't experienced at other shops at that level previously. I always feel that they are doing an honest job and they take pride in doing it. I always recommended this shop to all my family, relatives, and friends who needed some repairs done. I still come back to Steve for repairs even after we have moved half an hour away. You know your car is in good hands with Steve.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst Auto Repair Experience Ever! This is by far the worst auto repair shop I’ve ever been to. The guy working there is extremely rude — he clearly has no idea how to talk to customers. His attitude is terrible from the moment you walk in, like he’s doing you a favor just by listening. On top of that, they have absolutely no clue what they’re doing when it comes to cars. I honestly have no idea how this person even got a license to run an auto repair business. They completely wasted my time, didn’t fix the issue, and acted like it was my fault! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. There are plenty of honest and knowledgeable mechanics out there — this is definitely not one of them.

Steve is honest, to the point and easy to talk to. But I can't seem to reach him on the phone, I get his colleagues and they're not as easy to communicate with. Swing by and have a 2 minute chat to resolve problems that a dealership has given you. That's what I did! My tie rod boot, that's a rubber sleeve in layman's terms, was cracked. The dealership said $396 and then you need to do an alignment for $165. I spoke to Steve for 2 minutes and he said don't do it, you don't need to. Replacing both toe rods would only cost $400 and you can't even buy just the sleeve. Easy peasy! Get Steve's opinion. He's the real deal.
