⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fast, honest, and fairly priced. I had a great experience at Shorty’s. I came in with a muffler/exhaust issue, and they took the time to explain what was going on, what it would cost, and the different options available before doing any work. They didn’t push unnecessary repairs and gave me insight on what repairs may be needed in the future (far) so I can keep my eye on things as routine work is being performed. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them.

Shorty's is under New Management and Trevor and John are doing a fantastic job. The front office is clean and orderly, the work on my car was wonderful - they caught an issue that had been happening for years and remedied it! - the new electronic invoice system made it very easy to see what my car needed and associated costs. Different from my previous experiences, everyone was so nice and respectful. They have gained a customer for life here.

Dropped my truck off after being at another shop and explained the situation. Was very pleased with the way they listened and how courtesy and polite they were. Explained in detail what they would be looking for and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle. After sometime I received a phone call that the issue was something more minor than was thought. Was also able to get oil change and inspection done on same day for a very reasonable price !! Loved the honesty and customer first feeling like old school values. Have 3 cars in family and for sure will be back.

I recently brought my car to this shop, and I have to say, the new owners are doing an amazing job! From the moment I arrived, I could tell the place was well organized and customer-focused. The staff was welcoming, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. They fixed my brakes and changed my oil in no time, and the difference in how my car drives now is incredible — smooth, quiet, and safe. I really appreciated how fast they worked without cutting corners. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they even kept me updated while my car was being worked on. It’s refreshing to see new management that clearly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my maintenance and repairs from now on. Highly recommend this shop if you want honest, reliable, and friendly service!
