Overall I had a good experience. The shuttle service was very convenient — they drove me to and from the shop, which I really appreciated. The repair itself (front brakes, rotors and pads) seems to have been done well. The only thing that disappointed me was the price difference. When I called two days earlier, I was quoted about $520 for the front brakes. I even clarified that I needed front, not rear brakes, and was told the rear would be more expensive but the front would be $520. However, when I came in, the final price was $566 plus tax. It’s not a huge difference, but it was still higher than the quote I received on the phone. The staff asked who gave me that quote, but unfortunately I didn’t get the name. Other than that, the service was good and the shuttle was very helpful. Next time I will make sure to get the name of the person who gives the quote or ask for a written estimate. I would also recommend others do the same to avoid any confusion about pricing.

We have gone to South Lakes Sunoco (formerly Mobil) forever (20+ years) for our annual vehicle inspections. We have been pleased every single time with their professionalism and honesty. It’s rare that either of our now 10+ year old cars have an issue. In one case they just took care of a small item so that we’d pass inspection. Highly recommend the inspection team. We’ve also done some other small maintenance items and been pleased as well.

Have been taking our vehicles here for VA inspection for many years - Adi always provides professional and helpful service - a quality person. The rest of the team always nice while I visited - shop is organized and well run. Recently needed service on a 7 year old Audi so my first time getting repair/maintenance here. Edward provided very competitive quote; Luis did quality work. Team demonstrates care to do quality work and trustworthy to only do what is necessary. South Lakes Sunoco is the best. Their customer service is amazing. I’ve been getting car repairs from them for years. They always provide friendly, professional, high quality service. They do their absolute best to ensure that their services are competed as quickly as possible. The last repair that they performed on my vehicle was a battery change. Ali had my car in his bay minutes after I arrived at the shop. Ali swapped my battery out very professionally. I was in and out their shop in under 20 minutes. The gentleman working at the service desk was also very helpful. I called ahead of arriving, and he made sure that I could have my battery swapped as soon as I arrived. Thank you for ensuring that I could get my battery swapped out quickly. And, thank you so much Ali! You’re the best!
