Third time using Springfield Auto Body. I use them for all my auto body work as they never disappoint! This time, they fixed some scrapes on my rear bumper cover. Matched the paint perfectly, and the repair looks great! However, what impresses the most are the extras they do at no additional charge. I had an aftermarket rubber strip installed on the top of the bumper cover to prevent scratches when pulling things out of the back of my 2015 Prius. I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster, so I'm constantly packing and unpacking camping gear in the back of my hatchback. They removed and remounted the rubber strip on the new cover without having to be asked. They also washed the car and cleaned the interior! Super customer service. Fair pricing! Highly recommend these guys for all your auto body service needs!!

Best service in a timely manner. Bring my mini-van in to re-paint one of the side mirrors. Color perfectly matched my original. Customer service was great. Very attentive. Definitely coming back to this shop.

I recently took my car to Springfield Auto Body Shop, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Johan was amazing from start to finish. He communicated clearly at every step of the repair process, keeping me updated on the progress and any details I needed to know. He was patient and so very helpful. I was delighted that the repair was done very quickly and thoroughly. When I picked up my car, it looked as good as new, even though it is a 10 year old car.
