I had a fantastic experience at this auto service shop! Steve, the person who handled my inspection, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all the questions I had and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The inspection and emissions were completed quickly, and I was impressed with their efficiency. When I dropped off and picked up my car, I interacted with a friendly lady who, along with Steve, provided excellent customer service. I regret not coming here earlier, but I'm thrilled to have found such a reliable and friendly place for my auto needs. I'll definitely be returning here for any future services. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Springfield Auto Service as the most professional, reliable, and reasonably priced maintenance shop that I have found in Northern Virginia. I have been taking my vehicles to Steve and company for the last 7 years, and have always received an honest assessment of issues, and potential concerns. They have always been respectful of my budget, and do not recommend unnecessary services. I hate the upsell with a passion and have never once had that concern with the Springfield Auto Service team. If Steve tells me that he sees an issue that requires repair, I know it is a priority. One of my vehicles is a Volvo, which unfortunately requires really expensive proprietary tools for some repairs, but I blame that on the manufacturer for not respecting the right to repair. Finally, the team at Springfield Auto Service respects my time. In the few instances when I need a repair done urgently, they have worked with me and their schedule to find a way. Steve and company are doing small business right and have earned a lot of loyal customers. If you are thinking of trying them out, do so with confidence.

This local mechanic shop is hands down the best in the area! They truly care for their customers and service has always been phenomenal. I took my Lexus IS 350 here to get my state inspections, oil changed, and rear brake pads replaced because my PPI report showed that I had to get it done. Turns out, it was my front brake pads that needed to be replaced and not the rear.. Fortunately, due to their awesome service, while they were in the process of finishing up my inspections and doing the oil change; they had ordered the correct parts (front brake pads) and received it in by the time they were finished with my oil change and the inspection. As soon as the front brake pads came in, they went straight back to work. Thank you Springfield Auto Service for the most satisfying customer service I've ever experienced at a mechanic shop! I HIGHLY recommend this place as your go-to for any auto service issues. This place will not disappoint!
