Since I got my car, Springfield Collision Center has been the only place I trust for service. I come here for everything — oil changes, inspections, and any repairs. They always do an excellent job and take great care of my car every time. The team is honest, professional, and reliable. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but they have never disappointed me. Highly recommend!

Took my car here after an accident and initially thought I got a great deal. I was told how they were able to do work that other places wouldn’t have done, instead of totaling my car. Essentially they reshaped the character lines in the door instead of replacing the door. 2-3 weeks later, I go pick up my car and notice my side mirror that was knocked off during the accident was completely unpainted. Apparently someone was let go during the time they had my car going through paint, so it was chalked up to an honest mistake that they would fix. When I went to pick my car up for the second time, I noticed the mirror now had dry paint drip and bubble marks. They took photos of it and said the manager was not in but he’d be calling me about it. It’s been a couple of months now and I definitely haven’t heard anything from them. Also, I learned that they took my car to another city for work, which wouldn’t have been an issue if I was told. Im pretty sure they said Richmond because I remember thinking how ridiculous that sounded. It’s also a lot more than the 40-ish test miles they mentioned might be put on my car when I got it back. There are no other shops that could have done the work needed closer to Springfield?

A small family owned business that does great work for great prices. My car looks as good as new, and they'd even noticed that my inspection sticker was expired and did it at no extra charge, as well as extend the paint job. Mr. Kim, Bora, and Nam were all so friendly to talk to. Please visit them if you ever need help.
