I met Joey after I bought my 2016 F250. He was my service advisor at the dealership and when he went out on his own, I followed him. He is super knowledgeable, straightforward, gives options, and has never steered me wrong. I would not trust my truck with anyone other than Joey. I drive almost an hour to see him but it’s worth it. He gets me in and out so i’m back on the road in no time.

Joey is the best! I have trusted my three Fords to Joey for more than 6 years. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else to make repairs or evaluate my Fords. He’s that good at this!:) Not only is he expert at repairing your Ford he’s also extremely honest and forthright about what at issue; giving you options and never a guilt trip or pushing. What he fixes is fixed and runs right. I absolutely trust his opinion and really can’t say enough about his work ethic, integrity and above and beyond attitude and customer service! I feel so fortunate to have found him and it keeps me buying Fords. Thank you Joey!!!:)

In 2016 when I bought my new F150 Lariat, I started going to see Joey when he worked at a local Ford dealer. He always listened to my concerns, took care of them, and never tried to "up sell" me anything not necessary. I was always satisfied when I went to pick up my truck. And now since he's struck out on his own, I still trust him to take care of my automotive needs.

What can I say that already hasn't been said in my previous reviews of Joey when he was at Koons. He's been servicing my cars for over 13 years now. There is nobody I trust more than Joey, so much so I started bring my Lexus to Koons just because I trusted him. He's honest, professional and polite. He will tell you what's wrong with your car and give you the option to fix it right then and there or if it can wait, he will honestly tell you to wait. Other shops would just go ahead and charge you for it, to make money, His prices are beyond competitive. I would highly recommend him. If you look at my previous reviews of him, I said I would follow him wherever he goes if he leaves Koons and I'm a man of my word. HE'S THAT DAMN GOOD!!!! I know my cars are in much better shape after he services them. I highly recommend him for all your cars needs.
