DO NOT TRUST these people with any repairs to your car. I’ve been taking my Subaru here for years for regular maintenance and I thought they were trustworthy. I brought my car during a maintenance and mentioned a rattling issue. I was told I needed a heat shield which would be a few hundred dollars and I held off on replacing it. When I was ready to replace the heat shield they then said I needed to replace the entire catalytic converter and it would cost $2,000! I crawled under my car and all was missing was a nut and bolt that I got from Home Depot for $4.
