I had been in a wreck & they had to replace the front end & straighten out a fender, replace headlight, molding strips, painting & etc. excellent work, excellent customer service. Extremely satisfied with everything. Highly recommend them. Finished on time or even before. (At least before I thought it would be completed)

Hey Herndon - a ran their quote through ChatGPT. It validated that the quote was fair. They were easy to work with too. They finished 2 days early. They have a texting system to let you know where your car is in the repair process. Great company. I would use them again without any question.

I had a great experience with Suburban Auto Body! They kept me updated during the whole process while my car was in the shop, handled everything with my insurance, and took care of my rental car as well! Everyone I spoke with there was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend using them for any of your car needs!!

Satisfied with: 1. their repair of the accidental damage that a Progressive-insured driver did to the side body panel of my car 2. with the smooth process they had in place so that Progressive paid for the whole repair without any problem 3. with the short period of time it took to repair (3 days) 4. with the friendly & responsive customer service from Kevin, and 5. with the complimentary car wash they gave my car. Wish I had found Suburban Autobody sooner. The customer service of Cascades Auto Body in Sterling, VA was much poorer and not as satisfactory.

Super impressed with the team at Suburban!!! Took my truck in for some serious side damage and within about 10 days including ordering they got it fixed and looking good as new. Even we’re kind enough to wash the truck too. Highly recommend! Thank you!
