I stopped at Sudley Car Care today to have a safety inspection performed on my car. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and very personable. While I waited for my inspection to be done, lots of customers came into the lobby, and the staff seemed to know each one of them. They didn’t have to even give their names or any info. Just dropped their keys and told them what was needed and left, to return again later for their vehicle. Obviously this place serves a lot of repeat clients, and I will be one now as well. I also later learned this is a long standing family business, so that resonated with me as well. A well-deserved 5-star review.

I’ve been going to this shop for a while now, and they’ve always been honest, upfront, and trustworthy. Mark and Tyler took great care of me during a recent car issue and were empathetic and transparent about my options. This is easily one of the most trusted auto centers in Northern Virginia.

People please don’t go and waste your time and money to this place. I took my truck for a leak back in late December of last year. I thought it was the radiator and it turns out it was the intake manifold. Great, after they “completed” the work I agree to pay 2100 dollars to replace it with them even tough I have my own mechanic I decided to do it with them to support local business in my neighborhood. When they call me to pick up my truck…. They gave me my truck with a check engine light on and my truck even shut down on me in their parking lot! I told them I wasn’t gonna take it like this and that they should fix it that they were the “experts”. They insisted that I should take it. I took it and the check engine came on I brought it back. That happened three times… they told me it was two of the coils two and six. Mind you that I even paid them to change those two coils and the problem was persisted. I felt that they wouldn’t know what to do with my truck. I got sick of it I didn’t want to deal with them no more… took it to my mechanic my said that the intake manifold a hose was bypassed and also the coils that were failing me the wiring was cut on both of them. My truck is now fixed and I’m happy and free of stress that I thought I don’t have to buy a new car… I fell that these ppl are dishonest… they don’t know what they are doing… and not only that… they are expensive to work with… I AM not taking my car ever again to this place and neither you should… save yourself a headache a terrible experience like I did. (What you see in the picture is my intake manifold broke and bursting with water after they had fixed in their parking lot.)
