First time customer, but they've earned my trust and business for the future. I was thoroughly impressed by their honesty, service, and timeliness. They had ample opportunity to upsell or pressure me to pay thousands of dollars for things my dealer had recommended--instead, they took me into the shop to point out the components in question and provided fair assessment of their actual condition. I left feeling better informed about my car and comforted that I didn't pay for anything that wasn't really necessary. I will definitely be returning here.
