My vehicle was with them for 3 weeks. Then they broke my engine mount saying it was like that when I dropped it off which it wasn't. Now my car drives funny I feel vibration on my foot pedal. Never had that issue before, and my AC was squealing when I picked it up now I need a new AC compressor. My car was fine until I took it here. I was always told never trust mechanic. One asked me did I like my vehicle now I know why.

Words cannot explain how welly vehicle was take Care of , had a transmission rebuilt by this awesome staff, please understand folks they have a lot of cars coming in so be patient, figured out what the issue was , had the trans out in 2 hours and torn apart same day . I’m happy to say they have a customer for life , they have some of the best trained technicians In The area , I personally wouldn’t recommend anyone else but superior transmissions .

Pros: Up front & transparent about actual costs & worked needed to be done. Reasonably price. Informative with updates. Very professional technicians. Recommend to all needing transmission repair, rebuild or replace... Five star service!!! Donald, Robert & Abbey solid people. Cons: Took a little longer than expected for rebuild & return phone calls were delayed. Believe this is due to work load shop has on hand. Vehicle could have been washed off (not detailed) for time of pickup.

I brought my 2021 Subaru WRX STI here and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The installation went smoothly, and I have not encountered any issues with the work done. However, during the installation, some provided parts were either not installed or were removed from the package and damaged, which has prevented me from being able to return them or has required me to install them later, namely a reservoir and clutch line. I would recommend and do business with Superior Transmission Services Inc again, but I hope the shop takes care as these parts are expensive, and the customer is taking a loss. The aforementioned reasons account for the deduction of one star.

I had a broken flywheel on my 2019 Escape and ford wanted a ridiculous amount to fix it. I called Superior and they got me in right away. They charged me a fair price and fixed my car in a very timely manner. When I got it back it had a code pop up that wasn't there before. I called them and they were very kind and professional. They looked at my car again at no additional charge and fixed the issue. I highly recommend them.
