I had a great experience at TAB Motors Arlington EXXON. I went there to change my car brakes and replace my tires, and they did an excellent job. The work was done quickly and everything feels smooth and safe now. The team was friendly and explained everything clearly. What really stood out was their customer service. I got a flat tire on the highway, which was very stressful. I called the shop, and the manager, Brandon, told me to have the tow truck bring my car straight to their shop. They replaced my flat tire right away with no delay. I really appreciated how fast they helped me during that situation. They are honest, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend TAB Motors Arlington EXXON to anyone who needs brake work, new tires, or car repairs. Great service all around!

This place operates on upsells and empty promises. After being told by the service manager that I could purchase a used tire, I was instead informed by him that I needed four brand new tires to pass inspection - despite replacing two of them a year ago. The explanation didn’t add up. I was also guaranteed completion by 11:00am. When I followed up at 10:15, I was told no more than an hour. At 11:45, I was told 45 minutes to an hour more. That’s not a delay - that’s repeatedly moving the timeline and stringing me along. The service manager also would rather showcase his car knowledge than get customers in and out in a timely and satisfactory manner. The inconsistent timelines and questionable recommendations left a bad taste in my mouth. If you value transparency and honesty, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
