Amazing service! Shout out to Ashley Medina and Katie Bonham for picking up and dropping off my vehicle for an oil change at no charge! It really helped me since I was busy at home. Sam, my service advisor, is excellent! Problem is, Techs don't seem to check specs on vehicles. Last 2 oil changes, was shorted a quart. How does this happen?

On a 5-year-old Transit van, tried to charge me $350+tax to fix a pushed-in USB port (caused by Ford's flawed design and manufacture) and over $1500+tax to replace weatherstripping on doors, which should not be necessary in the first place after 5 years. Another $240+tax to realign the sliding door that is chronically misaligned on this model due to faulty design and materials. Took 2.5 hours (with appointment) to adjust that door and give those absurd estimates, and they actually BROKE my door so that it no longer latches open. Never coming back.

The worst experience ever. My appointment was at 11:15 to get an oil change, arrived early, checked in the vehicle, was then told that their system was down - fine, things happen. Waited over 3 hours with no update and my car was STILL sitting in the service bay. When I asked again if there was an update, they didn't have anything to say so I asked for shuttle (I live 10 min away). AS SOON AS I GET HOME they decide to call me and say that the car is ready. What kind of customer service is this? Why couldn't they tell me to wait 10 min after I just waited 3.5 hours for absolutely nothing? Now I have to wait a whole other hour or maybe more to get my car back. All because they failed to tell me to wait just 10 more minutes. Very disappointing.
