I've been bringing my car to Ahmed's and his staff for years and they have always done a great job! I get my state inspection and routine maintenance done here, usually by appointment. They are always on time for appointments, they get the work done quickly, and the price is reasonable. I have also gone to Ahmed's a few times without an appointment (when I've had low tire pressure, for example), and he and his staff still helped me out fairly quickly and often times with no charge. I highly recommend Ahmed's Auto Care.

Overall very pleased with our first experience with Telegraph Auto Care. I Took our minivan here to have the starter battery replaced, so not a big job. Pricing was very reasonable. Staff were professional and easy to work with. I called ahead at about 11am and they didn’t have the battery in stock, but were able to order one same day. We dropped off our car at 2pm and it was finished by 4:30. I asked ahead of time for an estimate of price and final price was what he said on the phone. Will call them again next time we have an issue.

Great experience at Telegraph Auto. The oil change was quick, reasonably priced, and done professionally. The staff was friendly and straightforward, and I didn’t feel pressured into unnecessary services. I appreciate the honest, efficient service and will definitely be back.

For those that look at the reviews to determine if a business is trustworthy, this is the review for you. I am so happy with my service with Telegraph BP Auto Care that I will willing to write multiple paragraphs about it. I brought my car in because my partner and I recently moved from out of state and needed to get an emission and safety check to register the car in Virginia. We passed the emission's test, but we were told that the emergency brake did not pass the safety test. Syed, one of the mechanics, even showed us how the emergency brake was not functioning properly. We called a couple of days later and they quoted two possible prices depending on the possible extent of repairs. I checked with some other repair places nearby, and Telegraph's prices were a solid $100 cheaper than nearby shops' prices. Plus, they were willing to redo the safety inspection for $1 rather than charge full price again! I brought the car in the next day fully expecting to pay about $300 for the minimum repair they'd previously quoted. After less than an hour, they tell me the car is ready. They explained that there was some buildup in the brake lines and all they needed to do was flush it. No unnecessary replacement of parts, no wasted time, and they did the safety inspection without me asking! I ended up paying less than half what I quoted, so I am paying it forward with this review. They were honest, efficient, and responsive. They could have replaced the perfectly good part, charged me extra for flushing the brake lines, and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they responded to the problem as presented and passed those savings on to me. If my car has any more problems, they are the first people I am calling. This was the kind of experience that truly deserves all 5 stars.

I was there to replace the struts on my Chevy Camaro. Romero quoted me, assisted me allowing me to provide my own parts, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Romero went the extra mile and replaced all 4 tire sensors at no extra cost. I am so grateful to Romeo, I recommend this place to anyone that needs a quick fix at a reasonable price with excellent customer service. My car was dropped off Saturday 8 am and was ready by 11:30am. Thanks, Romero!!!
