The best service center in the DMV area. I was distressed because I destroyed the side mirror of my cybertruck backing up my garage just wasn’t paying attention 100% my fault. Called service center explained to them I will be paying for the service without using my insurance. Um appointment was scheduled dude was very helpful and empathetic told me we will see how we can help . Got there for the appointment expecting to pay thousands out of pocket but to my surprise I was offered a demo car while waiting for repairs. Spoke with Hassan awesome manager and his team very helpful and were like what car are you interested in I was like um any so I can go run my errands lol . I hoped into a brand new model y ran the latest FSD it was an epic experience. Ok never buying another brand unless it had this feature.Got back roughly less than 2 hours truck was ready zero dollars charged. All through the app communications. The dealership was busy but everyone is super helpful. How do they do this? Legacy companies have a lot to learn. The culture is super different and effective.

Very disrespectful lady on the service before listening to me as a customer she said have good and hangup on me. Put my car for diagnostic test took them forever to do it plus super slow communication they answer a simple message in 48 hours. Not recommending this location at all.

Cyrus - service manager is terrific. Had a low PSI on a tire. Showed up with no appointment. Check in too 2 minutes. Ran out for lunch. Returned to find a new tire which was covered by the wheel & tire warranty. A++ experiment all around.

Purchase a new car from Tesla and had damage on pickup. I was extremely frustrated, but this service center really did their best to make all of my problems better. Even gave me my selection of rental car.
