Terrible service center. I had a very disappointing experience at this service center and did not feel taken care of at all. I was told issue was fixed and as soon as I came out service center, experienced similar problem. Went back to service center found out they never fixed it. The overall experience felt rushed and dismissive. Based on my experience, service quality here is very inconsistent. If you bring your vehicle in expecting the issue to be properly diagnosed and resolved, be prepared for it to be hit or miss.

Showed up to the service center and they said my car was not done and provided me a loaner. Drove the car back to work, I get to work 30 mins later and they message me my car is complete and I have 24hrs to come get the car. 30’mins passed and two very different answers, lazy customer service and weak communication.

Just had a service appointment and I took time off from work to get there in time. Unbeknownst to me, they had cancelled my appointment while I was on my way without calling me. The agent I spoke was absolutely clueless. Not sure how he even got that job. He said that he would ask the technician if he could accommodate me and made me wait. He would not even come to for any updates and I just keep waiting. Ultimately I decided to go ask if I’m still being accommodate for today. He had already forgotten about me and he said without consulting the technician that they will complete it today. When I asked if the repair is covered under warranty, he finally asked the detail of the service request. After hearing me, he said “oh we have to reschedule you”. Never seen so unprofessional staff without no absolute regard to customers. Never going there again.

Doesn’t surprise me that this place is so poorly rated. Their customer service is almost nonexistent. I’m not a fan of Tesla in the first place, but coming to this place makes my experience even worse.

Everyone was friendly and professional, the work was done in a reasonable time, and they actually took the time to listen to my concerns before they started any work. All communication was prompt and cost estimates were clear.
