The technician arrived exactly on time and performed a very thorough inspection, checking the engine, brakes, transmission, suspension, coolant, and filters. He clearly explained his findings, prioritized what needed attention, and made practical recommendations without any pressure. The main issue turned out to be the alternator. He already had the replacement alternator with him and completed the installation on the spot. Within about two hours, my car was fully operational again. What really stood out was transparency—I stayed with the technician the entire time and knew exactly what he was doing and why. This was a far better experience than going to a traditional shop, where you wait longer, don’t know when (or if) work has started, and often end up paying much more. Got my brakes down, the tech was truthful about my needs and didn't try to upsell me on anything else. The work was done quick, and they also gave me a little inspection of my car. I reached out to The Mobile Car Guys to establish a relationship with a mobile mechanic that could help manage my rental fleet as well as my personal vehicles, and I’m certainly glad I did. Faizan and his team have been a great find. They communicate well, show up on time, and complete the work in timely manner and leave the workspace clean. Having a good mechanic who shows up at your home is an amazing find. The prices are very competitive, and I’ve had them perform multiple services so far on my personal and fleet vehicles.
