Lance is the man! We have a farm-use truck that was leaking coolant and gave Lance a call. He came out the next day, found out the problem right away (water pump and thermostat), and took care of getting the parts and replacing them for a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend his services enough. We will be calling Lance again for all our vehicle repair needs! Thank you, Lance!!!!

I wish there was more then 5 stars. I would give him 20 stars. Lance and his guys are wonderful. He had help me out couple of times with my vehicle. I know the work they had done I would paid close to $1,000 or over $1,000 for my car at other mechanic shops. He is very reasonable with his prices. I couldn't ask a better service. After Lance heard about my situation he did whatever he could do to help. I really appreciate it so much. Lance is caring and understanding!!!!!

An honest and hard working, red blooded American. If you need help, don't even bother with other services. Call this company now! There should be an option for extra stars for such exceptional service! He'll give you a fair deal (a rare thing these days unfortunately) and will stop at nothing to get the job done! Being in the military, I've traveled around and regret that there aren't more companies like this to call when you need help. The rest of my review is long but it will tell you everything you need to know about how far he's willing to go to help. It had been raining for days and the roads on top of the mountain were little more than mud and puddles. Our car was stuck in a tricky spot. I called a few towing companies in the area. The others said they wouldn't be able to make it to the remote location in the bad weather, but Lance without hesitation agreed and got there quickly! He was truly dedicated to helping us. Our car was in a bad spot. On a steep downward slope in a driveway that was only mud by that point. Our vehicle was too far down to reach and after trying to push us, he rolled his truck down the hill to reach us knowing that it would likely get stuck as well. He dragged our car out of the mud but at the cost of his truck getting weighed down and stuck. Yet through his and his employee's ingenuity, they managed to wrestle their truck from the jaws of the deep mud and hillside. But at no small cost to themselves. By the end of that seemingly impossible feat, they had in fact risked life and limb as a chain snapped and hit him in the back. I thought we'd need to call an ambulance but he's one hell of a tough dude and shrugged it off. Even though his truck was damaged and his shoulder probably broken, his smile and positive attitude never faded. I would have been more than willing to pay double for all the trouble yet he didn't ask for a penny more than the standard price (which is a hell of a lot less than other towing companies!) He is a man of incredible fortitude and unbending in the face of adversity. People like him are who built America and make it a great country. As an officer in the U.S. Air Force I salute you, sir. You are among some of the people I've encountered in my life who make me proud to serve my country and proud to be an American. If you are ever near Fort Meade, I owe you more than a few beers!

Honest and hard-working. Had an issue with my belt while I was driving that caused me to lose control of my steering. I was in a parking lot in Winchester and he was able to get to me, get the parts I needed, and get me back on the road safely all within 2 hours- outside of regular business hours! Would definitely recommend. Very thankful!

We were stranded 150 miles away from home and they were the only willing to tow us home on a last minute called during the evening and got us home safe and sound. Great driver, great service also very professional.
