I rarely leave reviews, but I was surprised at what a positive, seamless, easy process it was to get my tires done here. I often hear horror stories of wrong tires, long wait times, and up charging. I had experience none of those at tires plus. I had picked budget tires and created an appointment online. Upon my arrival they let me know of an available deal/coupon that would give me better tires for essentially the same price. They said the change would take 2 hours, and it did. Bonus: I didn't catch the guy's name working the front desk - but he saw me struggling to get my key off my key chain. He offered to help - citing "we don't want you to chip your nail and have to pay another $30 to get your nails repaired." Overall a very positive experience

I came here a little bit after 6pm last Thursday with a leak in my tire. I was stressed and overwhelmed as I had to get home to Manassas. Kendall was empathetic towards my situation and, despite it being so close to their closing time, he asked the mechanic to take a look. Upon checking, there was, in fact, a small hole in the tire. They tried to patch it, but the patch didn’t hold so they put my spare on so I’d be able to get home safely. Kendall ordered a new tire for me since they didn’t have one in stock and told me it would be in the next day. I work nearby so after work Friday, I stopped by and they put the new tire on. The kindness and willingness to help me without an appointment and when I was in such a panic was a reminder that genuine, caring customer service still exists. I am beyond grateful and will be returning for future services on my vehicle as needed. :)

The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He explained everything in great detail. You have a customer for life. Plus we have 3 cars under your alignment warranty as well.

I had 2-tires replacement for a front flat tire. No problem in the transaction, but they did not place the new tires in the rear of the car - and they had a poster in the lounge area that says the newer tires should be placed in the rear (but also, all the mechanics I know advise this).
