I recently had the pleasure of having our family 2001 Ford Mustang repainted by Ti’s Auto. As you can tell by the vehicle year we are one year away from being considered an antique vehicle here in Virginia. As such, the paint was showing serious wear after being parked in the elements for the past quarter century. Our family located Ti on line and dropped the car off for an estimate. Having checked with 6 other car painters in the area Ti’s Auto had the most detailed estimate and fair price of all of them. Upon completion the car was like brand new and there were no “hidden” costs or price gouging at time of settlement. My family and I could not be more happy with the professionalism and work completed by Ti and his team. One last mention, the car was completed in the time he promised to have complete. All the best to anyone else that has work done here, you won’t regret it…

I brought in my old and cheap Kia Soul that means the world to me. I've had it forever and it runs great but it was weathering in a lot of places. I brought it to Ti's and they were happy to help restore it to its former glory. I stopped by for a quote on a Wednesday morning and we spent about 20 minutes going over what I wanted done and Ti was very honest and realistic with my expectations for color matching on the car. He sent me the quote about 24 hours later via email. The quote was accurate and exactly what | paid for the services and I felt like it was fair value. Kind family business and I didn't feel swindled as an inexperienced female with a car. The estimate of the duration they would need the car was accurate as well with special care taken to get it done before a major snowstorm (Thank you so much!) and my car looks brand new. Ti's you've gained a repeat customer and I will recommend you to my friends and family! Thank you!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Communication was practically nonexistent. They kept my car for two weeks without a single meaningful update on the insurance process—even though it should have been straightforward. Someone reversed into my car, admitted fault, and the claim was simple. I ended up making all the insurance calls myself. After I did the legwork, the shop told me they accepted a low estimate from the appraiser, and because of that, the repair would now take three weeks. So I wasted three weeks with them and took my car back with zero work done. I trusted the positive reviews, but I honestly don’t know how that’s possible with how things are now. Maybe the reviews are old or not genuine, because my experience was absolutely awful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Nobody wants to deal with auto body repair work, but my experience with Ti’s auto repair and body shop was fantastic. Ti is very knowledgeable, professional, and his pricing is very fair. He was very patient and explaining exactly what work had to be done and how they would do this. The work was completed in the timeframe that he told me, and he even stayed open a little late on a Saturday night to allow me to come in and pick up the car. His work is exceptional. There was absolutely no indication of the previous damage to the car and they blended the paint in with the surrounding areas beautifully. An added extra was they had washed and buffed the entire car to where the shine made it look brand new. The inside had been cleaned and vacuumed, and the windows washed inside and out. I highly recommend Ti’s Auto Body and Repair Shop, you will not be disappointed.
