Someone left a card on my vehicle at the mall a while ago! I found it and decided to venture out for an oil change. Jace had a list of other things of urgency that needed attention. He took me to the shop to view the discovered leaks! I appreciated the extra attention! It was a long day there on site as I decided to wait. I did walk to Perfect Pita at the recommendation of Jace… another review coming. Top Line had a steady flow of customers (Jaguar & Landrover). It’s in an industrial area, way back in the back, look for the “graveyard” of jaguars old and newish around the building! I was greeted upon entry, completed the intake form and they took “Eboni” for service. George helped me navigate the tv and Jace kept me posted of the status. There is more work to do on her (brakes, belt replacement) so I’ll be back! Pricing and transparency is better than the dealership

I brought my 2007 XK JAG to TopLine because the car was stalling… Thankfully, they immediately addressed the issues and fixed the problem. Although, very expensive, it was a LOT cheaper than either JAG DEALERSHIP. More recently, my gas cap wouldn’t come off; they fixed that in less than 24 hours and at a discounted price.

This is Jesse Cheek and I have been gone to TOP LINE JAG Repair for 13 years and I have two Jaguars and they have worked on each one of them and the work has been great. Each time I need service or anything I always bring it to these guys Debbie and Top Line Jag Team know exactly what to do and always give great service, you can’t find better guys to do a good job if you have a Jaguar.The price is reasonable and not bad if you have a Jag. I advise Jaguar owners to bring their Jaguar here and let the guys look at it. At TOP LINE Jaguar Twist Lane in Springfield. gas came back to TOP LINE once again great service anybody that needs and have a Jaguar please come in and visit. I just had another great service from the folks at Top Line Jaguar. My 2001 XJ8L is about to hit 208,000 miles and it still runs like new. Even though I live in Arlington and they are in Springfield, it's well worth the trip. You won't be disappointed

I am so happy with Top Line Jaguar since I discovered them on line about two years ago. I drive both a XL and a XJ George has taken good care of me and professional quality service on them both. Top Line has several service bays and excellent service techs who appreciate the value of customer and competent service.
