This is the best mechanic in this country for real. Honest, reliable and straightforward. I’ve been in a lot of mechanics in several states but i never truly get helped and had customer experience like this one. Usually when you get into store they look like they hate you and only want your money. It’s not the case in this place. Thank you Carlos for being so kind and helpful.

I recently had the engine in my 2012 Toyota Corolla replaced by Carlos, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Carlos is incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, patient, and transparent. What impressed me most is that he charged a very fair — honestly, very low — labor cost for such a big job. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines high-quality work with honesty and affordability, but Carlos truly does. On top of his skills, he’s also very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure the job was done the right way. My car is running perfectly now. If you need a trustworthy mechanic who knows what he’s doing and won’t overcharge you, I highly recommend Carlos. He’s definitely the best mechanic I’ve worked with.

Terrible experience and dishonest service. I had my steering rack replaced here, and the same problem came back 9 months later. I returned multiple times, but the issue was never fixed. The shop wrote a public reply on Google saying “we will solve your issue with no cost.” This was not true. I contacted Carlos many times after his reply, and he never responded. So their public comments are only for show — they do not actually stand behind their work. BBB contacted this business several times, and they still ignored every request. Because of that, BBB is now issuing a negative business review against them. On top of that, they also worked on my transmission before, and that job took 45 days when they told me it would take only 1 week. The transmission started having issues shortly after their service. This shop uses cheap parts, gives excuses, hides behind fake promises, and disappears when there is a real problem. Maybe they are okay for a simple oil change, but for any real repair — stay away. Learn from my mistake. There are many better shops in the area.
