Dropped my vehicle off for a warranty recall in the morning. I got a loaner and was on my way, probably 15 minutes end to end. They needed the vehicle overnight for some additional diagnostics but I don't need to return the loaner until I pick up. Great service advisor and check-in crew! I've been coming here for over five years and this has been the smoothest experience to date.

Today I stayed for a long time, from 10:00 am to 2:45 pm, for more than 4 hours. I don't think it takes that long to change the oil. "In this day and age, with all the technology, does it take that long to repair a car?" I don't think this is good. It's good to think about it! The service is also very poor. I won't hesitate to come back. If I had to give it a rating today, I would give it -100.

New 5k miles Sienna service was fine. They kept the vehicle overnight to diagnose a humming sound coming from high heat climate control. I showed Nadir how to repeat the noise. He couldn’t show his tech how to repeat the noise. I had to take Uber to my doctor’s appointment because they only do rentals and no loaners. Wasted my time because they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Heater is still making an annoying sound. “No problem found” was their solution.

Took my vehicle to get an oil change and tire rotation. No issue with that. Decided to knock out a vehicle inspection at the same time. They failed my vehicle for the wiper blades. Wanted to charge me $92.74 to replace the wiper blades. When I said no, they offered to replace them for $69.00. Still said no, so I failed inspection. Ordered new wiper blades from Amazon for $17.00, which will come the next day and will be taking my vehicle somewhere else to get inspected. Update: They ended up giving me the wiper blades and passing my vehicle.

STAY AWAYYYYYYYY actually RUNNNN!!!! Extremely Disappointed with Careless Service and Lack of Accountability I brought my 2023 Prius Prime XSE Premium to Springfield Toyota (VA) for a simple four-tire replacement, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The technician was careless and ended up scratching all four of my wheels. I reported the issue immediately to service assistant Nader and provided before-and-after photos as proof. He asked me to bring the car back to the dealership for review. When I returned and spoke with the service manager, Fabio, he refused to acknowledge that any damage had occurred, dismissing it as “normal.” For a car that’s less than two years old and meticulously maintained, that kind of response is completely unacceptable. As a courtesy, he sent the car for a wash but, unsurprisingly, that did nothing to fix or hide the scratches. After consulting with other Toyota service managers in the area, I was told that the type of damage my wheels sustained could only occur through mishandling — such as dropping them on concrete or failing to use a proper socket sleeve during tire work. The attached photo clearly shows one of the wheels after service, with visible scuffing and scratches along the rim surface. All four wheels show similar damage. These marks were not present prior to service, as confirmed by my before-and-after documentation shared with the dealership. I paid top dollar for this vehicle, including dealer markups and no discounts, expecting professional service and care. Instead, I was treated as though this kind of negligence is standard practice. I am requesting that the General Manager personally review this case and take responsibility for the damage caused by the service department. If I don’t receive a fair resolution, my next step will be to file a formal complaint with Toyota USA.
