Eric and Daniel have been Great! I own 2006 F250SD. They are always quick to get me in even when i am not in a rush. Great communication, attention to detail, they send pictures of work they are doing and pictures of bad parts that need replaced. I just had my truck there for New turbo, oil cooler, and body mounts and some other things. I couldn't ask for better shop to take care of my truck( which is my baby). The ladies in the office are wonderful as well. They are my go to for vehicle repairs. I want to say a Huge THANK YOU to Truckworx Team!

I had a driveshaft yoke come loose I was there for three days while they gathered parts , no problem They charged me $1800 to do the rear differential seal and front yoke bearing That’s a $500 job all day OK fine I was stuck on the side of the road . they didn’t drop what they were doing, because, I know they’re gonna counter, they were doing other jobs the entire time . They overcharged me because I was broke down. I never once asked them to cut corners of course $1800 for a seal on the bearing. Why would they cut a corner? They’re already getting triple the normal rate. They did not get a crush washer. they did NOT get the crush washer. They will try and make every excuse. They will try and attack you personally without the crush washer you cannot tighten the bearing properly you will overtighten it pulling the two bearings together. And causing it to overheat. Guess what happened? less than 600 miles and it destroyed my rear. Differential! I pulled over when I heard a humming noise. I immediately called them. I checked the gear oil. It was overfull It came pouring out, hit the pavement smoking. this is my fault apparently. When I called them, they were all nice. They told me they can’t believe this happened. They checked everything and no, I kept asking him. Is there anything else? are you sure it’s fine? absolutely! You didn’t even need a front bearing. We just did it to be safe, their words exactly. If you’re on the side of the road, you’re gonna check the obvious like the motor oil in your car if it stops running they’re blaming it on me even though I was on the phone with them my whole ordeal $8000 later, they will not return one dime Less then 600 miles after they had the whole thing apart and sure everything was fine. The yolk just came loose. I’ve owned five of the newer power strokes, and I have had eight or nine of them throughout the years. I know how to treat my trucks I drive across country for a living. The driveline rebuilder said, absolutely, cannot even do a seal without replacing the crush washer Ford trucks said you cannot replace the seal without doing a new crush washer. You will overtighten it. The first thing Eric told me to do was check it tight , the next day he told me maybe I should try loosening it because he knew what he did . A couple days later, when the differential was apart, they saw the bearing that he did came apart in pieces. The race was welded to the differential housing because of overheating. Thank you, Eric. I wouldn’t even care that they charge me $1800 if they fix the problem They attack me personally if I own the shop in the past, I would still own it if I knew what I was doing, was one attack Sorry,i sold my shop for 1.3 million when I was 34 years old and didn’t even own the building it’s still going strong today They try attacking me from every angle because they were told they were wrong. If you break down in this area? just get towed to any heavy duty Diesel Shop do not let these dirtbags touch your truck If they were successful as normal people, they wouldn’t be living in the garage and have a house like normal people When I first broke down, they were all friendly you could say out front if you want to. You’re near your customers boat. They gave me one ride to a store and I showered off using a hose out front. They sound like they put me up in the Hilton. They literally threw it in my face when I broke down the second time I stayed in a hotel in Alabama every night not like they went out of their way. Other than their son took me to the store 1 mile away one time . I’m gonna take a guess that shop isn’t even for residential housing Their last letter said do not call or communicate why don’t you just stop by? Yes I live 1000 miles away. That makes perfect sense. Maybe zoning should stop by I’ve towed across death Valley in summer and never overheated my differential. Take a look at the vids No lifts for work, can’t fit a truck in the buildings.their toys are in there. All on their back, in the dirty driveway. A shop without a shop.

Disabled Class A RV on SB I81. Contacted them and they said give them an hour and they'll be there. They were. They were very considerate and professional. They saw my issue and then what caused it. Fixed both. They had to go inside my RV to access the top of the engine. They were very careful not to get grease or dirt inside. Highly recommend them for emergency mobile needs!!!

Owner likes to cuss out women and females about his coffee, made comments about my mother, all out terrible owner and very unprofessional. wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the only one 100 miles around

I was broken down on the side of I-81 and had called several places. No one was able to help out, because they were so busy with road calls. Truckworx said they would work me in with another call they were already going to. Super nice folks and made it happen! Thanks Truckworx!
