My AMG GTS suffered damage to the underbody and radiator from a mechanic who damaged the car during an oil change. I worked with Junior during the insurance and repair process and I have to say that I am impressed! Props to Junior for staying in touch with me during this lengthy repair. He updated me multiple times per week and helped me with every request I had. He is a great customer service communicator! I asked for my car to be stored indoors with the utmost care since I recently had it ceramic coated. I received the car back in perfect condition with no problems. The repair was done perfect and a few of my friends commented on how high quality the repair looks. The bumper and screws were even torque marked and upon further inspection they did a fabulous job with installing my radiator and support bar. I see no problems with the repair. I also want to thank Ian, the manager, for running such an awesome collision center. Looks like there’s a lot of high end cars here that go through collision repair and more. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car or any car back here for repair. Thanks again.

Brought my car in for repairs after someone backed into it. They did an excellent job repairing and painting the car. It looks brand new. My wife was also very happy with the results. They coordinated with the insurance and the loaner car companies. The only reason it's not five stars is because it took a month. Some of the time was caused by an ice storm. Great job and friendly staff.

This review is dedicated to Natalie and Parsa: On Monday, December 22, 2025, I visited the Tysons Corner Collison Center, behind the Audi Tysons service department. When I walked in, I got extremely lucky but also, well taken care of by their manager, Natalie. She greeted me with warmth and took a look at my vehicle, due to some damage that a colleague of mine had done. She was able to set up an appointment with her colleague, Parsa, the following Monday. When Parsa and I spoke, he was very helpful in explaining the insurance and their office's communication and potential headaches I might endure if the damage was dramatic. After a few days for Parsa to look at my vehicle, luckily, my car only needed the wheels to be repaired and an alignment. I had my car back the following Monday, in 5th of the New Year! Their professionalism, calm demeanor, and taking their valuable time to address my concerns, went above and beyond. I hope new customers / existing will experience or have experienced their customer service and I'll definitely but I hope not, be back, if something happens to my vehicle. Regards, Maxwell Malloy

I have never had such a WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL experience at a collision center (please know that I have NOT been at-fault, by the way) than Tysons Corner Collision Center. 😊 “Junior” (Josue Portillo, Jr.) was my consultant and was VERY THOROUGH in communications. He kept in touch with me, my insurance consultant, and even the rental car agent. This was the first time that EVERYthing was handled in one spot and in less than 30 days. ♥️ My car looked SO NICE when I went to pick it up, I was completely confused about whether it was mine due to the PRISTINE DETAILING! It was detailed better than the day I purchased it. They cleaned the interior and made me feel like I was driving off of the showroom floor instead of the parking lot. I am PLEASED! Tyson's collision did an incredible job restoring my vehicle after an accident. They were a strong advocate for me vs my insurance and my car came back perfect.
