I came here to get my radiator replaced and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. The service was handled in a timely manner, and everything was clearly explained to me. This is a reliable place with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Auto Care in Manassas for any car issues you may have.

I have been going to VA Auto Care for years. I trust them implicitly. They have given us such good service. Once I noticed that they did not put the alignment charges on our bill and when I told the owner, he said , "You've already paid, and it's my fault it wasn't on your final invoice, don't worry about it." Once I had an estimate of AAAALLLLLL these services from the dealer. He checked out the car and told us what did not need to be done, what could wait, and shaved us almost 20% less on everything he did do. The staff is extremely personable and helpful. (My adult children go there also)

Most amazing service I’ve ever received at an auto repair shop and they were even willing to put on the parts I bought for my brakes! And when I they realized I got the wrong part they called immediately to get the part for my car and charged me less!!!! I’m so happy with my experience I’ll never go anywhere else again!!!

Took my Jeep in for issue with left headlight not working due to wiring issues. They not only repaired the light but also found possible issue w/ other headlight and cleaned wiring etc so that wouldn't have issues 'down the road'. Pleased with the work and pricing. If I lived in the area I would use them again if needed.

Alex and team helped get our 1995 daihatsu hijet kei truck back in working order after a transfer case cracked. The truck is older, had a dump bed, and parts are hard to source since it’s an import. Alex worked with me on getting the truck to and from the shop and ensuring everything was working great in the end. This shop is kind, honest and willing to go the extra mile. Definitely would recommend.
