Absolutely Exceptional Service! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Val Collision, managed by Eddie Flores. I had a truly frustrating experience with Val’s . My car was in their shop for a whopping 40 days, and it wasn’t until the final days that they even submitted the adjustment. Their communication is absolutely terrible with 0 updates and constantly telling me they’ll call me back but they never do.The car only needed light work for some scratches.This delay forced me to pay out-of-pocket for a rental car, which was a huge financial burden. To make matters worse, the quality of the work on my car was absolutely subpar. They also promised to follow up with me about the molding on Friday and completely dropped the ball. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I took my car to VAL Collision Center a few months ago because the battery was failing, and they replaced it with an original part. Since then, my car has been running perfectly. Yesterday, I had to bring it back because the rear brakes needed attention, and they ended up replacing some parts. Everything was done within a few hours, the service was great, and overall I’m really happy with how well my car is working now. Highly recommend!
