The service was quick. At no point was i concerned about the quality of the service - you can literally hear the techs confirming accuracy and double checking each action. And I greatly appreciated not being forced to accept services I didn't need. Absolutely fantastic experience and I'll be back in 5000 miles.

First the skid plate wasn’t attached correctly and fell off on 270. Then the next time my tires needed to be rotated, 2 lug nuts would not come off. They said that there was no way to over tork the lug nuts bc the of the equipment they use. But I find it extremely coincidental that one of their mechanics was getting their tire rotation certification at the same time and needed help from whoever was certifying him….and then the next time I needed my tires rotated this happens?? And there was no rectification for the broken lug nuts/valve stem. Disappointing! EDIT: My mechanic just called and said they were cross threaded, meaning the lug nuts weren’t started manually first. EDIT 2: I did reach out to customer care and opened a claim. I had to keep emailing and calling just to receive responses, and my claim was ultimately denied. I even sent pictures of the lug nuts that had to be cut off by my mechanic after they were cross threaded by the incompetent valvoline employees. I asked to speak to a regional manager, and they never called me. This is a poor run business they will be reported to the better business bureau.

I had a horrible experience here. The worst thing you could do when you’re handling someone’s car is laugh at them as you are speaking to them. Then on top of that, constantly looking at them angrily, as if you did not want them there, or want to help them. As a minority customer, I did not feel safe letting them work on my car. Luckily, I am a well-known YouTuber and can discuss my experience publicly. Also, I will be contacting corporate via email and via phone. At this point, it’s just better to take your car to the dealership for your oil changes. Please do better.

I had an excellent experience getting my oil change here. The staff was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without trying to push unnecessary services. The work was done quickly, and they checked all my fluids and tire pressure at no extra cost. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the honest pricing. It’s hard to find a shop you can fully trust, but this place definitely earned it. I’ll be coming back for all my future maintenance!
