Have used this location for a long time. Today, had an appointment set for 11:30 to have oil change/tire rotation/emissions inspection. Attempted to find out status during day, but no pick up after long waits. Did receive a call at 3:30ish indicating they were behind, but should be done within hour. Called around 4:40 and was told "in queue". When we were contacted around 5:30 to advise car ready. Went to pick up and of course, NO CARS OR PEOPLE WAITING!! Not going back again now!!!

Why making an appointment early in the morning if they say will look at my car anytime they feel please and might take all day. Next time I’ll make a last slot of the day and they can take the rest of the 1 hour left before closing the day. What an arrogant attitude.

The whole staff is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Richard took care of my vehicles like they were his own. Definitely recommend their services!

Terrible service. Made an appointment for an oil change and got an email in the middle of the night that it was a fake appointment and they moved my time. Came at the new time only to wait for 2 hours and have them tell me they couldn’t do the oil change on my car without me paying $200 for an upgraded oil filter. Went somewhere else and was able to do it in 20 minutes. Don’t waste your time coming here.

No wonder this place gets so many 1 star reviews for vehicle inspection! Absolute rip off. They failed my car and wanted to charge me $1400 for work on my tire rod and ball joints because they were “loose” when my car is only 4 years old and has only 30,000 miles on it. As the rep was explaining this to me he was emphasizing how dangerous it would be if I did not get the work done. Took my car to a reputable place right after and it passed with no issues. Unbelievable - never go here alone as a woman they will assume you’re dumb and overcharge you.
