Excellent service. Ray and RJ were extremely friendly and attentive and the customer service was way better than any other Virginia tire & auto. Wait times were not bad either. Definitely check this location out if you hate those long wait times!

Had a difficult experience with Virginia tire and auto. Long story short My Radiator was replaced incorrectly which caused a massive transmission leak. Although my experience with Peter was professional, I had to get a second opinion from Nissan Safford dealership right down the road to diagnose where the leak was coming from and prove to Peter it was there fault for the Tranmission leak ( I thought was oil from the engine). To Peter’s credit the problem was fixed. Now my A/C is not working and Virginia tire& auto are not taking any responsibility for the A/C unit not working. Prior to bringing my car there the A/C was working perfectly.

I will say this is my backup where my local Leesburg location is not available. I find this location to be tucked away and have more availability on a short notice and though it is at One Loudoun it's actually across the street tucked behind an Exxon. I've had good experiences with multiple services, both leaving the car the night before and other types. Waiting area is OK but much rather go across the street and go to bookstore to get a coffee to wait out an appointment. Service is good, prices are clear and displayed. Recently, I made an appt for a oil change and wanted to do an inspection - can't make appts for inspections b/c on a first come basis. Showed up at 9:30 and they told me the they don't do inspections on Monday at all - had them call around to find an alternate with a short wait - Dulles said they could slot me in with no wait on oil change and 1.5 on inspection...this was not the case and a bit of a fiasco/see review for Dulles. To be honest it's unexpected to not have inspections be available on all days of the week.

Exceptional customer service and support... Arrived this morning right at 730 opening time for an emissions test. I was a walk in and there was a line of people ahead of me already. RJ was exceptional. He was very thorough and professional and had a demeanor that showed he really cared about what he's doing and who he was helping. He was proactive spending the time to explain how emissions test are reported to the DMV and the expected time. he then asked if I was on my way right now to the DMV and he gave me the physical copy and said this is all you would need. This really stuck out to me, especially in 2025 America.. I also sat and observed how the other employees were interacting with customers and was very surprised. Even the guys working in the shop showed patience and genuine compassion when explaining things to customers so the customer didn't feel "stupid". When they passed customers in the waiting area, they said good morning. It was outstanding. They had me in and out in 30 mins despite the waiting area being full of customers. They even brought my suv up and parked it right at the front door. Wow! Whoever manages this location, they are doing a great job, it clearly shows. Will definitely be back for other services. Scam artists. Daughter brought her car in for an oil change. First of all, she made an appointment, which was worthless as she waited for 3 hours just for them to start the service. Then, they tried to upsell her, claiming she needed $3000 in maintenance to include spark plugs and tires. Unfortunately for the scam artists at VA Tire and Auto, she just recently had full service over the summer, so there’s no way the maintenance they were claiming was due. Buyer beware, but I would highly recommend finding another mechanic for your vehicle.
