I’m not sure why this location has lower Google reviews, because my experience was very positive. I called several highly rated shops first, and honestly it was frustrating. The people answering the phone couldn’t clearly tell me: • whether they even do Tesla alignments • how much it would cost • what the warranty was Most answers were “I’m not sure” or “I’d have to ask someone else,” which didn’t inspire confidence. When I called Virginia Tire & Auto of Vienna, Troy picked up. He was knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He answered every question directly—Tesla Model Y alignment, equipment, pricing, warranty, and timing. He explained that not every shop can align Teslas because special equipment is required, which is exactly why I had been calling around. He quoted about two hours. I dropped the car off—and it was actually done in under one hour. The shop itself is modern, clean, and very spacious. The process was smooth, no wasted time, no confusion, no pressure. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I’d happily go back despite what the Google rating says.

I’m writing this review because I was asked to provide feedback, and unfortunately, my recent experiences at the Vienna location have been consistently disappointing. I first called to get a vehicle inspection and was told inspections were first-come, first-served and that no appointments were taken. I checked when the location was least busy and drove about 15 minutes, only to be told upon arrival that the inspector was off that day. On a prior visit, I had a 1:00 service visit, but when I arrived, the estimated start time kept changing and I was eventually told it could be a three- to four-hour wait. When I asked why a service visit was scheduled if such a long wait was expected, I did not receive a clear explanation and was instead advised to go to the Springfield location. During my last visit for an oil change, the maintenance alert was not reset. When I returned to address it, I was told the oil did not need to be changed, resulting in another unnecessary trip. My daughter has also had issues with this location and has since found another garage. I don’t know what has happened to the Vienna location, but the service has gone downhill. There always seem to be new people at the counter, which makes me wonder if staff turnover is contributing to the lack of consistency—and now, unfortunately, to the loss of customers. Today, I chose to go elsewhere. I called another garage, was told there was only one car ahead of me, went straight over, and had my inspection completed promptly. The contrast in service was striking. Based on these repeated issues, I will not be returning to this garage and will certainly advise others to go elsewhere.

This is only the 3rd review I've left in my life, but I'd be remiss if I didn't comment on the manner that they go "out of their way" to be honest, efficient, and couteous! I picked up a screw in a tire visiting from out of town. They quickly accomodated a same day appointment and I expected a new tire might be needed based on the screw location. When I showed up at their Vienna center, Kenny (Regional Mgr.) overheard my situation with the service Tech and asked to see the car. With a spray bottle he inspected for air leakage and then removed a short screw, again testing for leakage. He simply smiled and said "you're really lucky, the tire is fine and we're all done here! Talk about honesty, personal service and efficiency! A real "tip of the hat" to these guys and "Kenny"! Thanks!

Took relatively new EV to get 2 new tires. Was returned to us with a damaged back bumper and they found damage on another tire but never told us about it - we found it circled in white marker. Could have addressed all issues while they had our car but now have to go back (to another provider) to get it back to driving condition.

We got a pre-purchase inspection on a car her last year. And I was very impressed. The manager took time out of his day to outline the reasons why we should not buy this car, which he definitely did not have to do. I felt taken care of and supported.
