I have brought all my cars to Eric and Joe ever since I was stationed at Walter Reed ARMY Medical center back in 1999, they have worked on all of our VW's, Mini Cooper and Subaru's. They are fair and will work with you to make sure you are driving a safe and reliable vehicle, cant say enough about how good these guys are, so much that I used to drive from Greenbelt, MD just to get all of our services. Glad I now live in Fairfax which is a much better drive for us. Thanks guys for taking such good care of us and our vehicles. Gus

I had an outstanding experience at W. B. Motors in Fairfax. I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires mounted and balanced, along with an alignment. The team not only completed the job efficiently and professionally, but they also noticed that both front control arm bushings were cracked—a serious issue I wasn’t aware of. Joe explained the problem clearly, offered a fair quote, and replaced the bushings promptly. The service was excellent from start to finish—timely, thorough, and honest. It’s rare to find a shop that combines high-quality workmanship with great value, but W. B. Motors delivers on both. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable auto service in the area.

The best. Period. Not only does this team have the skills, they are FANTASTIC people!! I was a regular customer for many, many years until I started leasing. With leases, all the services are included in the lease, so I hadn't been to W.B. in about 13 years. When I had an issue with a used car we bought post-COVID, not only did they remember me, they were willing to check into my problem THAT AFTERNOON even though they were hugely busy. It was like stepping back in time, when someone actually answered the phone, was friendly, cared about the issue, and tried to solve it. Kudos all around.
