tl;dr - great, helpful shop who fixed my car up wonderfully. I got rear-ended at a stoplight in my Subaru and wound up using WT for repairs. This was my first ever accident, and because the other party was 100% liable, I wasn't even working with my own insurance. I chose WT because they were "in-network" with the other party's insurance, and because they had good reviews. I was not disappointed. WT was so great helping me through the process. They worked with the other party's insurance to make sure my car arrived at the shop, and with the rental car place was informed of repairs and timing so I could keep my reservation for as long as needed. They also did a great job on the repairs. They used 100% parts from the dealer, nothing aftermarket. You cannot tell that my car was in a collision, even where the metal had been dented and cracked. I will 100% recommend them to anyone in the future and will use them for any future auto body needs.

I have been going to WT Auto for the auto service department since I was a teenager. I recently had my first experience with the auto body department and it was superb! I worked with Jason who was very transparent throughout the intake process and met the original deadline he gave. Most importantly, my car looks brand new! Will definitely continue to go to WT Auto for all my future car issues and needs, whether it be servicing or body.

Excellent customer service. Great communication. Mike kept me updated on the status of ordering parts and the repair work. Great job with the repairs. My car was t-boned resulting in $5,000 damage to the passenger side from the front quarter panel to the rear door. After the repairs, you cannot even tell that the car was in an accident. They even replaced the audiophile sound dampening material (Dynamat) in the doors. Great work all around. Highly recommended.

Everything was done right, and I was kept in informed during the whole process. The repair took longer than I thought and was promised, but I think that was due to getting the proper parts and having to re-order a part that was damaged. I was most concerned with them doing a good job the first time and not having to bring it back.

Not gonna lie I’m not sure why it has good reviews because its the worst body shop i went to they overcharge so much i found a good bodyshop and they made really nice work it’ve been 4 month and it looks perfect you cant even notice. I would recommend to take a look other bodyshops don’t rush yourself trust me the W.T. Shop is not worth it!! So unprofessional and expensive they literally will charge you for extra labor cost which is no make sense!!! Would definitely not recommend it!!!
