What an absolute disaster of a place. I unfortunately chose to stop in here last minute to have a 5 month old battery tested that was purchased through Walmart. The older lady at the front desk is in way over her head, certainly for this just being a simple auto garage. I patiently waited for 45 mins just to be told that it would be another hr before testing would be done, contrary to being told initially it would be10-15mins to test. The lady at the desk could not handle the stress of 3-4 customers and the 4 tires at counter needing to be scanned for inventory. I feel bad for anybody that has their vehicle here and has to deal with this shop. I threw the battery out and purchased one elsewhere just so I don’t have to deal with these yahoos ever again.

Great experience getting a new set of tires for my wife's car, after they were shipped to the store they got me in on a Sunday afternoon to install them, went smoothly and only took about an hour, no issues at all thanks guys.

To minimize the wait time, I was told by the auto counter person, show up first thing (7 a.m.) on a Sunday morning to get my lifetime tire balance and rotation. I was at the counter at 6:45. By 11 a.m. they hadn't touched my truck. You can't schedule this service so you're at their mercy. I got out of there by 11:45. The question is how much is your time worth?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I came a day early to make an appointment, arrived 10 minutes early, and waited almost 2 hours for them to do an oil change. It's really disgusting and I don't recommend coming back.

This review is for the Walmart Auto Care Center. Riverton Commons Drive, Front Royal, VA. Pro's: price, selection, service desk Con's: wait times, scheduling appointments Firstly, this is the 3rd set of tires I've bought and had installed here. Prices are great but the auto center is incredibly slow. I mean extraordinarily slow! Be prepared to wait for several hours (even with an appointment). Seems to be 3 - 4 hours on average. The service desk is friendly and helpful though. Hours are from 7am to 8pm but you cannot schedule same-day appointments, or appointments after 5pm. That makes it tough to get in here without missing work, or coming in on a weekend. Saved about $100 on a set of tires, but dont know if I have the time/patience to do it again.
