Very knowledgeable (both the office personnel as well as the auto mechanics),, excellent problem analysis, reasonable repair costs, and everything gets fixed the first time through. Polite and professional. All I have is ancient cars, but they're treated with respect. I recommend this business on a regular basis.

HONEST SHOP!! Brought my 2020 GLB in for A8 service interval. Generally this can be a $1500 service bill if everything on the Mercedes check list for A8 is completed. Shop said they will inspect all the items for this service interval and let me know what is actually needed. Got the call and everything on the check list was good and the only service needed at this time was an oil change. Suggested to revisit the list in 10k miles. I was charge $162 for the check up plus an oil change left very happy with a $242 bill instead of the $1500 potential bill.
