What’s the point of a two-year free service on Toyota products when accessing these dealerships for service is so inconvenient? Back in August 2025, I bought a 2025 Sienna from Warrenton Toyota after selling my 2023 Honda Odyssey. Koons Honda of Manassas offered multiple service options. They would call me for service, pick up my car from my house, and leave a loaner vehicle—extremely convenient! In contrast, my experience with Toyota services and its dealerships has been disappointing, to say the least. I couldn’t even secure an earlier appointment, despite explaining that I had to take my wife to chemotherapy treatment today. I could have saved a 20-minute trip if I could have spoken to a human instead of dealing with an automated voice chat. I recommend finding a dealership that treats you like a person and not just a number. Unfortunately, Miller Toyota in Manassas is just as unhelpful in the service department. Good luck!

Took my 2010 Toyota Sequoia in for my 120k Maintenance. The team was great and very friendly. They provided me with a very nice rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. A+ to this service department!

We brought our brand new Prius for some minor fix and omg Tony who was in charge of our car was literally the nicest person ever. He was so personable, kind and good at explaining the issues. The cashier lady (albeit I didn’t have to deal with her but I watched her interact with three other people) was also amazingly nice, thanking customers for their patience. I’m beyond impressed by their kindness to the point that I want to bring all my even non Toyota cars to them!

Warrenton Toyota is fantastic. We are always able to get a loaner car when our car needs service, so we don't have to take time off work. The sales team is informative but not pushy. The service department team is fantastic, they are proactive to keep our cars running fantastically, but don't try to oversell us on services we don't need. We'll definitely buy and service our cars here in the future!
